Rita (Shama) London (Kaur)

Rita London (Shama Kaur) is a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher. Her daily Kundalini Yoga practice has radically changed her life bringing a new-found radiance, inner peace and joy. She is passionate about sharing the astonishing beauty and practical benefits of Kundalini Yoga with others at Golden Bridge Yoga, in offices, community centers and in her brownstone home in Brooklyn. Her classes emphasize breath work and creating a meditative experience where deep change and healing can take place.

She is also a certified Lakshmi Chair yoga instructor and is studying gong yoga therapy. With an extensive background in modern dance and creative arts education, Rita has developed unique yoga and creativity retreats both in the New York area and abroad that combine Kundalini and meditation with creative exercises that promote awareness, healing, growth and community. Every day she looks forward to uplifting others, one nourishing “belly” breath at a time.

Sat Siri (Pommeret)

Sat Siri Singh is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, a music therapist and a healer. He is certified in the practice of Reiki and Sat Nam Rasayan and completed his yoga therapy certification with Guru Dharam Singh. He also holds a Masters in music therapy from NYU and is a practicing music psychotherapist.

Sat Siri has a subtle, and inspirational teaching style, that, when combined with the healing power of the gong, results in a very powerful experience for any student, whether they be beginner or seasoned.

Carla Ashton-Carroll

Carla is British and feels fortunate to have been brought up in East Africa among the spiritual indigenous rural people.

She began studying and practicing yoga thirty years ago and has been practicing Kundalini Yoga & Meditation for 9 years. Carla is a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga & meditation teacher. She has studied many different spiritual paths and understands that the common denominator of all lies within us. Having radically changed her own life with her practice she feels honored to be able to help others achieve transformations of their own. Carla believes in making the technology of Kundalini understandable and available to all to promote greater awareness & healing. She is a Fashion Designer by trade.
Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound current, breath and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body, allowing the spirit to flow freely. Kundalini Yoga brings a greater feeling of well-being and happiness - our natural birthright as humans. This powerful and effective form of Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D., Master of Kundalini Yoga, is a great way to recharge and heal your body quickly. Enjoy an extended gong bath in this class. The vibrations of the gong will soothe your body, mind and spirit.
