Donna - Amrita Davidge has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1985, was given her name directly from Yogi Bhajan in 1987 and had the great honor and privilege of studying with him for many years. She thanks him and his teachings for affecting her life deeply and is grateful to share what he offers to us all. In 1997 she opened www.sewallhouse.com in her family's historic home which has a legacy of healing. Golden Bridge offers her DVDs The Awakening and Flexibility & the Spine. Since 1999 she has studied Ashtanga with Eddie Stern, Iyengar with Genny Kapuler and Dharma Yoga. She has great respect and reverence for all her teachers and equally deep gratitude for the students in her life.
