Carla Ashton-Carroll

Carla is British and feels fortunate to have been brought up in East Africa among the spiritual indigenous rural people.

She began studying and practicing yoga thirty years ago and has been practicing Kundalini Yoga & Meditation for 9 years. Carla is a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga & meditation teacher. She has studied many different spiritual paths and understands that the common denominator of all lies within us. Having radically changed her own life with her practice she feels honored to be able to help others achieve transformations of their own. Carla believes in making the technology of Kundalini understandable and available to all to promote greater awareness & healing. She is a Fashion Designer by trade.
