Ann (Gianroop) Tracy
Gianroop Kaur feels blessed and inspired to be part of the Kundalini community at Golden Bridge Yoga NYC. Her daily practice of the teachings of Yogi Bhajan who brought this ancient and true technology for living to the west has enhanced her life as artist, householder, teacher and healer. Gianroop is currently immersed in further study to become a certified yoga therapist with Guru Dharam. She began her yogic journey with Hatha and Iyengar Yoga over 20 years ago. Upon encountering Gurumkh, Gianroop felt an instant connection to this practice and began and completed teacher training.
Gianroop believes that teaching is an art form that requires 200% of the energy that we are. She understood this when she taught fine art on the university level for 12 years, where she was awarded for her connective teaching style. She believes that Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is a perfect vehicle for her to help people locate and live from their authenticity, self value, strength, creativity for living, and daily healing practice. She loves creating each class as an elevated journey that will have lasting impact on the individual and on the shared group consciousness.
