Rachel Page (Siri Sangat Kaur) is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. Her practice began when she returned home from the Peace Corps in West Africa over 15 years ago. She later returned to Africa to study with Gurmukh and Gurushabd and then followed them to India to learn more. As a long time ashram resident (both in NYC and Virginia), meditation and Yoga are an integral part of her life and she feels eternally grateful for the lineage which allows her to be on this path. She is also certified in Hatha/Vinyasa and Integral Yoga and received advanced certification in Thai Yoga bodywork. Her favorite part of the teachings have always been the practical and philosophical and she can be found teaching the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, pranayama and meditation in several teacher training programs throughout the city and US. She believes that Yoga is for everybody and has taught the FBI, Navy Seals, correctional officers, inmates, women's groups, several NYC corporations and everything in between. Her wish is for everyone to feel as empowered as she does through the practice of Kundalini Yoga.
