Melody Balczon

Melody was introduced to Kundalini in 2012. The power of her experiences made it easy to embrace this practice and take it to the next level. By 2013, she was signed up for teacher training with Gurmukh, Gurushabd and the amazing teachers at Golden Bridge Yoga. Now, she is excited to share the teachings with the community that made such a difference in her life. Kundalini's transformative power rests within each of us, whether you are new or have been practicing for years, the simple discipline of keeping up with your practice will continue to leave you in awe. Using techniques learned through Reiki, Melody's teaching style allows her to take herself out of the equation and let the teachings do the work, trusting and knowing that each student gets the medicine they need.

She and her husband, fellow teacher Jarrod Byrne Mayer, founded Brooklyn Healing Arts and facilitate Sound baths throughout the northeast and share their knowledge of Gong and sound with the same understanding that the power resides within each of us, we just need to tap into it and keep up.
